Delighted to share a few tips about reducing food waste with Sarah Kaplan at the Washington Post. As Sarah notes, the carbon footprint of food waste is larger than that of the airline industry (when we all used to be able to fly!). Keep up the great work, @Sarah, shining a light on how we can all be a part of the climate solution, starting with what's on our plate and where it ends up!
